BRAND STRATEGY
The purpose behind the Springwood leadership team to re-brand stemmed from a need to change community perception and enhance internal student and staff culture. Starting with building out their Brand Strategy, we uncovered values, purpose, and a culture that was hidden from the outside world. This school embodies such a diverse range of activities, platforms, and opportunities that needed to be shared to support the promotion and positioning of the school in a more positive light.
Once we were clear about who are, and a new positioning was uncovered and outlined, we then moved to form a consistent and clean corporate brand image. This process has assisted in presenting the school in a more cohesive and professional light, and in time, increasing the positive perception of the school.
